Event Description

The biggest mistake technical writers make when writing training is focusing on the content. Is your training effective? Does it ever seem flat and boring?

This hands-on workshop will teach you the nuts and bolts of authoring training. Learn to use a combination of context, challenge and feedback and the four Ms  (meaningful, memorable, motivational and measurable) to create training that sticks.
