On November 22, Stephen Gauer, past president of the STC, will present a 40-minute webinar sharing everything he’s learned about freelancing since launching his own company, Gauer Consulting, in the early 1990s.
He’ll explore the key steps to launching a successful freelance career as a tech writer, with particular emphasis on the most difficult part – marketing yourself to clients. If you can’t land the work, you can’t do the work.
He’ll also look at time management, client management, tax planning, setting rates, getting paid, networking and much more.
Join Stephen for an informative, no-holds-barred webinar.
