October 13, 2013, is a Sunday and follows on the heels of PLAIN2013, the 20th Anniversary conference of the Plain Language Association InterNational, which is being held in Vancouver, BC on October 10-13.

Please join Conference attendees and presenters at the public session
PLAIN2013 will celebrate International Plain Language Day from 2 – 4 pm in the Ballroom of the Coast Plaza Hotel, 1763 Comox Street (at Denman Street).
There will be poster and table displays by people who have registered for the Conference. They will be showing off their plain language products or successful project materials. The creators will be there to interact with members of the public who attend. Light refreshments will be available.
