Organizations work hard to create trust and engagement in their workplaces.

Unfortunately, most employee-facing policies are written from a command-and-control perspective. They damage, rather than enhance, employee engagement.

In this seminar, we covered:

    • The concept of employee engagement and why it matters
    • The engagement-extinguishing pitfalls of typical, traditional policies
    • Low-effort edits to increase engagement
    • A more engaging policy format
