About the AGM
STC Canada West Coast chapter officers hold office from June 1 to May 31 each year. At the April 23, 2016, annual general meeting, we’ll be holding elections to fill these positions for the coming year.
The current Vice-President, Stephen Gauer, will move into the President’s role on June 1. The current President, Mala Rupnarain, will become Past President.
We’re now actively seeking members in good standing to put their names forward for the positions of Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Vice-President elected for 2016/17 will move on to the President’s position in the following year.
These are busy but rewarding jobs that give you the opportunity to work with and learn from a group of dedicated people, and to make a positive contribution to your professional community.
If you’d like to nominate someone or volunteer yourself to run for office, or if you want more information, please contact Heather Sommerville, Volunteer Coordinator, at volunteer (at) stcwestcoast (dot) ca before April 15, 2016.
