Concise writing counts. Your ability to streamline your content lets your readers quickly find and use what they need from your text.
Writing for mobile user assistance increases the need for succinct prose. Small screens can’t show large amounts of text and graphics at one time, unless the user pinches and stretches the text. Brief, informative text reduces the demand on the user, increasing the worth of your writing.
This session offers techniques and examples to reduce the bulk of your prose but maintain its quality.cWhile the examples are focused on mobile UA, the techniques can be applied in any technical writing project.
