The next Tech Comm Café in Victoria is on Wednesday, September 19, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Jenny Nelson will join us to share her recent experiences with managing a small team of remote employees, acting as team lead for a larger group of writers, and juggling a full slate of writing projects. Does she find a balance and some semblance of sanity? Come and find out!
Jenny has honed her technical writing craft for the past seventeen years and is currently a Principal Technical Writer and manager at Haemonetics Corporation, based in Boston, MA. Jenny credits her STC Alberta connections for landing her first job in the field and continues to be an active member of the Canada West Coast chapter in her newly adopted city of Victoria, BC.
Everyone is welcome. If you plan to attend, please RSVP on meetup.com.
