Management literature sometimes overly focuses on extroverted leaders, but introverts are equally successful at providing guidance, mentorship, decision-making, and networking. Join the presenter for a discussion of introversion and its strengths, how to identify those strengths, and how introverted leaders have approached key workplace challenges.
