Memberships awarded for 2022!
The STC Canada West Coast chapter awards up to 10 STC student memberships annually. Successful applicants receive a one-year STC student membership, valued at US$75.00. To be eligible, students must provide proof of current enrolment in an approved post-secondary technical, professional, or business writing program in Canada, either full-time or part-time in the membership year.
Student STC members receive all Professional and Academic member benefits, as well as membership in one professional and one student chapter, the Academic SIG (special interest group), and one additional SIG.

The free memberships run from January 1, 2022 until December 31, 2022.
Alison is a biologist and grant writer, and runs Edwards Technical Writing. She prepares complex documents for businesses, non-profit organisations, and scientific organisations. She is the Student Outreach Coordinator for the STC Canada West Coast chapter.
